Smaller than pictured in sellers post.
Looking for a different plant for the conservatory, so I opted for this. Small, maybe 8" (20 cms ish) including pot, but looks healthy enough. However, WARNING. Wear gloves while unpacking it, it's not known as prickly pear for nothing, I have a dozen tiny thorns in my skin that I can't even see to remove, they will work their way out in time. Not a health risk, don't let this stop you from buying this, but wear gloves, (the thorns are in the wrapping paper as well)

Not like picture
Not as many ears as the picture. I purchased all 3,and this was the better out of them.Very poor packaging considering shipping cost.Bone dry, cheap soil with dead bugs everywhere.I would never buy again.Much better UK sellers.

Prickly Ears
Great little plant, spikes get damaged in transport.

Fantastic Quality
Exceeded expectations in quality. Well packaged. Plants are growing very well. Very easily value for money.

Problem with Rot
It appeared OK when delivered but rotted and died very soon afterwards. I have tried to save something by trying to get the small pads to take root, unable to say yet whether I've succeeded.
