These taste amazing!! They are so good it’s hard to believe they are so low on sugar and high on protein. My son who is a carb and sugar lover can’t tell that they are good for him. These will be a staple in our cupboard from now on.

This one is better than decent. It still has a very dark chocolate taste but the texture is great. My toddler loves these too. One of the better flavors.

So I just got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes at the age of 44 years old this April of 2025. Tldr it's been a long nightmare of a road trying to find good food and over snacks that are low-carb, low sugar and that actually tastes good. This is obviously falling under the category of something sweet to eat while also packing a good amount of protein. It not having any sugar in it and yet still actually tasting very much. So like a chocolate brownie was very surprising to me. Obviously it still doesn't taste like a real brownie with real sugar, but it's pretty darn close. Protein bar that makes for an easy quick snack that you can grab and take with you or keeping a package then. This is absolutely The thing you're looking for. I actually went with the galactic brownie bars, 12 count box. And I've ordered these a few times now since first getting them. Nice size, good quantity for the number spent, and the ingredients are all healthy which is great for my new diet. The texture is a bit hard, but is a firm brownie protein bar so that's to be expected. Holds up very well in warmer temperatures as well. Again would highly recommend, enjoy!

Don’t get the galactic brownie. It tastes rancid. I found these as a replacement for the $2.40 ones at Traders. I’ve liked all of them besides this one. 1 star for this flavor but extra stars for the overall product for the calories to protein and other flavors. The peanut butter one is really good. The cost for these especially if you are trying to get your protein up is much cheaper than other brands and honestly it adds up and I’m not trying to have a moment. Just get some protein in the morning and sometimes at night when I’m short.

Figured I'd write a review now that I've ordered this flavor 12-pack box 95 times. Amazing. Highest protein-lowest sugar and best tasting protein bar there is (I've tried every protein bar in existence). Some days I will literally just have a box of these that I eat throughout the day. I don't need other food. The chocolate peanut butter used to be my favorite (I ordered that box 129 times before I discovered galactic brownie). Thanks pure protein

Here are the flavors I've tried from Pure Protein and my thoughts on them. Chocolate Peanut Butter - flavor is very mild, not much peanut butter flavor. rather chewy. Flavor scale 1-5(best): 3 Galactic Brownie - least favorite out of the bunch, really chewy, doesn't taste like a brownie at all. Flavor scale 1-5(best): 1 Lemon Cake - dessert like, doesn't taste anything like a traditional protein bar, it has a sweet taste, however the lemon flavor sticks with you for awhile. One of my favorites, and will order again. Easy to chew! Flavor scale 1-5(best): 5 Zig Zag Cake - doesn't really taste like the little Debbie zebra cakes, but its a nice try. Dessert like, you feel like its a treat more than a protein bar, no lingering after taste. Another favorite! Flavor scale 1-5(best): 5 Brookie - the top cookie layer has an odd texture, gritty and dry. Easy to chew, and no lingering taste. Flavor scale 1-5(best): 4 Sundae Cone - I don't get anything sundae cone from this, but its got a good flavor, easy to chew and overall one of the better ones out there. Flavor scale 1-5(best): 4 I've also tried the galactic brownie after microwaving it for 8-9 seconds based on a 1000w microwave. It sort of helps you chew through it, but it makes a heck of a chocolate mess, its the least favorite flavor. I hoped that it would make it easier/better to eat, sadly it didn't. I will not get this one again. The Sundae Cone, Brookie, Lemon Cake and Zig Zag I will be ordering using my Amazon subscribe and save.
