I underestimated this at first, I even submitted a returns and bought a different brand's version. (The other brand was seriously abysmal) I decided I might have missed something. Did 20 minutes of troubleshooting and found the 12v adaptor of my car wasn't sitting properly - fixed that, fixing the disconnecting-reconnecting issue and the static. I really didn't like the spinning RGB lights, especially at night. Re-reading both user manuals, there is infact an option to disable them (and it doesnt reset when power is lost) The microphone is good enough for in-car calls. The buttons have a premium feel and the response is instant (as in, no latency to skip/pause songs etc) My only gripe is that it talks when pairing. I'd rather it beep. But for 13-14 pound, this is an excellent device. Just make sure the power supply is in good condition. All in all this a simple, great, cheap alternative when you don't have BT in your car as default.

A nice bit of kit for those cars that don’t support music streaming. I have an Audi a4 Allroad that aupports Bluetooth calls but not music which is why I bought this item. The device has clear instructions but its very simple set up. The sound is clear as if it were part of the cars media system really happy with it. A compact design that does have a rgb light but that can be turned off by holding the centre button. No issues with connecting and it has a voice activated message to let you know it’s active when you get in the car and turn on the ignition.

I purchased this Bluetooth receiver for around £13, and I've been really impressed! It connected to my phone instantly, and the sound quality is great. A lot of reviews mentioned an annoying multicolored light that couldn't be turned off, but I found a simple fix! Just hold the center button for about 5 seconds, and it turns off. The receiver works straight out of the box and looks neat once mounted, with all cables concealed. The only downsides are that the microphone is only for calls and not for recording audio in videos, and you can't fast-forward on Spotify. However, it works fine with the built-in music app on Android. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend it for the price!

I expected this to be rubbish as it was so cheap, but it actually works well. Very clear phone calls and I can even play my music through it.

Easy to use, size is nice and compact, great if you're car doesn't have Bluetooth (mine does have Bluetooth but only for calls) but it's not just for playing music as you can make calls with it also so win win, connectivity is a breeze and its great for playing Spotify as you can skip, pause without touching your phone (naughty naughty lol) it is usb powered so if u don't have a USB port you'll need a 12v USB plug

One star just became you can play music from your phone. If you want to have phone calls, the person on the other end will have to suffer weird background noises and robotic woice from your side. You though, will have a decent reception but you will annoy the other people to no end. I have connected my personal and work phone and tried my partner's phone also with the same result: during calls, the other person will barely hear me or have a very bad time understanding me. Edit: the device has died after two months of use. The last week the device has constantly suffered from rogue disconnecting issues.

This is one of my favourite little upgrades for my old Skoda and I'm pretty pleased with most things about it. I've now had it for about a year and can now give it a full review. I bought this to replace a DAB so that I could listen to podcasts in the car and it's been mostly great. It's really simple to set up and brings bluetooth connection to my car through my phone, allowing me to listen to everything that comes from my phone, including directions from Maps, Spotify, and podcasts. The controls for start, pause, skip and go back are all then moved on to the dashboard so that it's really easy to control your sounds while you drive, without having to fumble with the screen. Initially I was a little sceptical about the huge light, but actually it's really useful to have when it's dark. Cable length is great, so that it easily connects to my USB charger (I have a USB converter int he cigarette lighter slot) and the 3.5mm jack also has ambple cable to get to the plug, which in my car is a little distance away from the Cigarette lighter slot. On the downside, the light ring, which should light up when plugged in stopped working a few months after we received it and the device keeps disconnecting from the phone and restarting. This may be due to our car's electrics as the car is quite old, but we've also noticed that it occasionally asks to re-pair with the phone, which is rather annoying. So, when it's working properly it's great and has breathed new life into the sound system of my old car in a very affordable way. However, it hasn't been perfectly reliable and now it doesn't light up. I would still recommend this product, as it's an economical and simple way to connect your phone to the car's audio system.

Ich nutze den UGREEN Bluetooth 5.4 Adapter nun seit einigen Wochen im Auto und bin absolut begeistert. Die Einrichtung war kinderleicht: einfach in den AUX-Anschluss stecken, mit dem Handy koppeln und sofort loslegen. Die Verbindung ist stabil, ohne Aussetzer, und der Klang ist klar und kräftig – sowohl bei Musik als auch bei Telefonaten. Besonders praktisch finde ich die Multifunktionstaste: Damit kann ich Anrufe annehmen, auflegen, Musik starten oder pausieren, ohne das Handy in die Hand nehmen zu müssen. Die Freisprechfunktion funktioniert einwandfrei, mein Gesprächspartner versteht mich deutlich, und auch ich höre alles klar. Ein weiteres Plus ist die Dualverbindung – ich kann gleichzeitig zwei Geräte koppeln, zum Beispiel mein Smartphone und das meiner Partnerin, und bequem zwischen beiden wechseln. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig, und das kompakte Design stört überhaupt nicht im Fahrzeug. Für mich ist dieser Adapter die perfekte Lösung, um ältere Autoradios oder Lautsprecher kabellos zu machen. Preis-Leistung ist hier wirklich top – klare 5 Sterne und eine uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung!

È sufficiente avere un'autoradio con ingresso AUX e una porta USB per l'alimentazione, oppure la presa dell'accendisigari con l'adattatore; così, ho trasformato la mia Opel Corsa di 14 anni in un'auto quasi moderna 😊. Buono il vivavoce, ovviamente senza rubrica nè comandi vocali, ottima la trasmissione bluetooth audio da Spotify che consente la riproduzione lossless. Piccolo ed esteticamente gradevole, si può trovare facilmente posto sul cruscotto. Per quanto riguarda longevità e affidabilità, staremo a vedere...

Highly recommended for those who dont have a deck with a screen. I used to have to plug in my phone to listen to music in my car. I also had to use my phone screen to pause or change the song. This was super annoying, particularly because I use a phone wallet and would need to unplug/replug my phone every time i went into a store. Now i just jump in the car and turn my keys, and the bluetooth connects within 5 seconds. I mounted the little controller next to my gear shift, so it is super easy to pause and change songs without taking my eyes off the road. The sound quality is good, and it was easy to set up. It initially played a whining sound through my speakers when there was no song playing, but I figured out that it was due to the USB plug I was using to power it. I tried a different USB power adapter in the cigarette lighter port of my car, and that solved the issue. Overall, I have been super happy with it and would recommend to anyone who is plugging their phone in manually to listen to music.
