Worked good for releiving my leg cramps

I waited to post when I finished the whole bottlePros:Workouts - it seriously helps me feel hydrated. I am extremely active and usually do at least 6 relatively intense workouts per week.I was struggling because my energy level was so low and I felt really dehydrated - this has been an absolute miracle.Hangovers - For you drinkers out there, it's basically been my hangover cure. I try not to drink all that much but unfortunately my job kind of calls for it and this has helped so much with rehydration post a night on the town....& love they are vegetarian friendly capsulesCons - instructions call for you to take a lot of pills, which can get kind of costly. I am pretty petite so maybe that is why it worked for me, but I took less than was recommended on the bottle

This has been a great salt therapy for the summer sweaty season. Definitely has helped eliminate night-time calf cramps since I didn't start taking it (one daily) until July when I was getting calf cramps at night so bad I had to stand up to release the cramp...Only down side is that the shipping this time around is way slow, like over a week, to come Cali. to Maine -- same day I ordered some for my son who got his in two days sent from Conn. to Vermont! Go figure.

About a month ago, I did a strenuous hike over steep and rugged mountain terrain, gaining 5,000 feet in elevation over a 9-mile hike. I drank plenty of water but experienced fatigue, muscle pain, and cramping. I was sore for days afterwards. Earlier this week, I did an even more strenuous two-day hike partly over similar terrain, gaining (and losing) around 9,000 feet in elevation over 32 miles. I brought some of these Total Hydration capsules with me and took one or two every hour or two along with water. The difference was dramatic. The electrolytes in these capsules allowed me to maintain my strength and avoid even the least bit of muscle pain during the hike. After the hike, I had very little soreness or fatigue and was immediately able to resume my regular activity level.

I am always looking for a great formula to recommend to my patients as well as use for me and my family.I have been using Total Hydration's electrolytes for several weeks now and LOVE the formula. It's a perfect blend to make your cells sing during those hard workouts.I feel great on my long days at work and during my high intensity workouts. This will be a go-to as an electrolyte recommendation for my patients.

I'm not a Doctor nor a nutritionalst. I'm not at liberty to make a comment on weather or not these total hydration capsules work? They don't seem to hurt.

I did a lot of research on electrolyte supplements & saltstick tablets as it seems to be a crowded space. This was my top choice due forms of each electrolytes as well as the higher magnesium content which I find really helps me with cramping. Most competitors use sodium chloride and Total uses Sodium and Potassium Bicarbonate which studies show is the most effective form for increasing endurance for exercise. Also like they chose malate for the magnesium. My only complaint is that its two capsules serving size and they aren't inexpensive. That said, worth it for me due to the higher magnesium malate and bicarbonate electrolytes forms.

This was an excellent addition to my running regimen! I got a tip from a triathlon friend about the importance of electrolytes and he recommended that this was his favorite product. I have been taking 2 every hour into a run with gels while on long runs and its improved my endurance a lot as well as recovery time. I think the higher magnesium helps with muscle recovery as well (recommend reading about the importance of magnesium) and this product seems to have higher magnesium than some of the others I looked at. Would recommend trying this product during training and before a marathon, definitely working for me!
