Covers up damage
I bought this to repair two dark brown sofas. The kit comes with multiple colours of a paste / paint type thing that you can mix on the included mixing tray, and then either use the spatula style tool or paint brush to touch up damage. It also comes with textured paper which was the most useful bit of the kit for me, because by painting the paper and dabbing it onto the damage, it blended into the existing (large) grain on the sofa, resulting in a really good repair which is totally invisible. On the other sofa I had a larger area of lighter damage, I first tried lightly painting this on, but it was noticable because the area was much smoother, so I used a damp sponge to wipe it off, but this turned out to be a good technique to blend the light damage and I ended up wiping the whole side of the sofa down with the sponge which left a great finish. This kit would cover heavy damage on a large sofa easily, I used a tiny amount for my spot repairs. Less than half price of other kits on here, dried fast, not sure how long it'll last seems to be holding up well, bottle lids are fiddly, but not much to complain about at all with this, money well spent.

Professional it says and professional it is
Would have given five stars if the instructions were better. Being a water based product, it should suggest using a wet cloth or sponge because only then do you get perfection. The product itself is really good once you get the hang of how to use it. I mixed the black paste with a tiny amount of the white and used it on the very tired looking dark grey seats in my seventeen year old Audi TT. It looked a bit of a bluey cast as I put it on with quite a wet sponge and I actually thought 'never mind, it was worth a try' but then it dried back to the exact right colour and they now literally look almost brand new again....Quite amazing. Tomorrow I'm using it on the wife's face!

Great for scratches but doesnt fill tears
Good selection of colours and dries well, but doesn't fill tears. Did two applications on some small leather tears and both times it absorbed/decreased in volume to only dye the ripped edges and the gap is still there.

Worked perfectly.
I removed embellments on the front of a leather bag.I wanted to fill stitch holes; this Leather Repair Kit, fills the holes so that one can hardly see them. It's a must have, for disguising stitch holes on leather.I have used up hardly anything of the tube.It comes in different 7 colour tubes.

Not bad at all
Other than the brush being a tad cheap (at best) the actual product is great. I used it to touch up some great leather seats on a BMW and an old brown leather 3 piece suit. Some trial and improvement with the mixing of colours but the end result on both is great! For the price, it's made a huge difference and I actually quite enjoyed doing it. Quick win, instant improvements

Surprisingly good

Rubbish. Peals away after a day
Really bad quality and not at all what is described. It works more like a thin film that initially seems to adhere but peels off very easily just by brushing it off your hand
