## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are these a wide fit?  i had to return a pair of keen cnx because they were far too narrow.**
A: Normal medium fit, I have several pair:):):):) The CNX are crap and caused me to roll an ankle twice in addition to not being a great fit!!!!! Even going up a half size did not improve anything.... Real bad sizing in the CNX... I enjoy my T&F's and wear from April to November here in England!!!!

**Q: I am an eight what size to buy**
A: A comfortable fit . I am a wide size 5 and they fit perfectly. Husband has a long narrow size 11 and his fit fine too. Go with your normal size I would say.

**Q: does this product have a heel or not?? colour chart shows examples with and without heels!!**
A: No it doesn’t but I’ve had a pair of these for over a year and would buy a new pair if I needed them. They are comfortable and very well made.  The sole is wide so that takes a bit of getting used to when driving. 
( I live in the shoe capital of Britain and it saddens me that ‘‘tis is an American company with these quality shoes made in China. )
