Lorissa's Kitchen Jerky, Korean Barbeque Beef, 2.25 Oz

My son just loves Lorissa Beef Jerky. Use to be sold at Walmart and they stopped. So now I have to search elsewhere for it. The price for them now is higher than Walmart was selling so he only gets it at special times.

Would absolutely keep in bulk. Very tasty and doesn't destroy my teeth or jaw trying to chew through it.

This is my favorite jerky! It's very tender and delicious! Every time I order it I get 2 bags, really believing that I'll save one for the next day. I always have been a fan of teriyaki flavor, but since I came upon Korean barbecue I'm completely addicted to it. I live in Boston, where I get very good Korean barbecued meats. This jerky really captures that flavor.

I have had lots of different brands of beef jerky in my life... I mean, really,.. and this is easily the best. First, it is sweet, but sort of like sweet and sour... Second, it is not traditional "jerky" which can be kept unrefrigerated for months (package says "Beef Strips"), so you must keep it refrigerated if you are not going to consume it within three days or so. If you leave it out, it WILL get moldy. I just leave mine cool all the time - unless I am hiking or something. Having it out for a day or two is fine, but I've left some out for five and it was moldy. Says to "keep refrigerated or consume within 3 days" on the package. Third, because it is not totally dried, it is kinda thick and chunky. I've had other brands that were like this and they tasted gross... like road kill. This is very tasty and VERY tender. No artificial anything, and no added MSG. This is now my "go to" jerky.

Surprisingly very tasty. Nice sweetness to a barbecue taste. The square chunks are not bad for size but the amount you get in the bag at least in this one I wouldn't say justified the cost. Quarter of the bag with air but that doesn't default on the product just the review. It tasted great and I would say if there was more in the bag buy it. Korean BBQ should be explored by many people and jerky could be an inside to it getting started.

Wonderful diabetic snack but be aware, there are 8 carbs in here and it's all sugar. I figure the 9 grams of protein balance that out? Don't correct me, please. Let me have my delusions.Anyway, these are very good. I would pay the extra money to get a bigger bag because one bag just doesn't last very long. I love the slight heat of the sauce part. The pieces are tender and easy to eat. A little too easy, actually. This is another product where I could eat the entire thing in one sitting and not even realize it's happening.
