This is the answer!
If you have any problems in bowel regularity I can recommend this product. So fast, very effective and gentle. So much better than anything out there that doesn’t work, is painful and with no clue when it might help. AND cheap!

Works very but plan on 24 hours not 6 hours
77 year old 190 pound male. One piill did nothing . 2 worked but took overnight. Needed 3 to see results in 6 hours like the package says. But that resulted in diarrhea . Did not like that. There are no direction on dosage on the bottle.
