Came looking good, but could not get plant to recover from the stress😩

This plant is a beauty. Easy to care for.

I have gotten plants from Costa Farms in the past with no problems. Today I received a plant that was shipped on its side? Half the dirt was in the box and 3 leaves were yellow and I had to cut the off. I don’t understand why you would ship a plant on its side.

A porch pirate got my first order and they replaced it right away at no cost. Beautiful plant too.

Just opened the package and the plant is pretty much dead. It’s totally wilted and browning. Definitely not the pretty pink plant I ordered. So disappointed!
