Love the simulator. Very easy to set up for practice. Will set up the courses later. My swing sucks though

I am a lefty and my wife is a righty. This thing never wants to read her shots. She has to take multiple ones for it to read even one. When I say multiple I mean 10-15. It is starting to do the same to me. There is barely a customer service department to ask for help. The software on the computer isn’t that great either. To add people to the game they need to sign up with Optishot and need to take QR codes to join. When you have a party everyone needs to register. Super annoying. If I could I would return this.

Yardages are not even close to accurate and product support was of no assistance.

Works very well

We haven’t used this much yet since we got it for use at our lake house during the summer. We did pul it out to test and the set up was easy. Once we’ve put it to a lot of use this summer I’ll come back and update the review. So far so good.
