Unreliable, non functional.
"Almost" the real thing. This cheap copy of original Adam's Rite is poorly machined, with misaligned and proud pivoting surfaces. After over an hour of trying to assemble, install, and figure why it wouldn't function - internal springs popping out, activating plate not sliding, etc. , we rebuilt the old handle. Unreliable in any situation, especially in commercial or safety applications.
