I have been using the ring for 2 years now and it’s one of the best investment on my health. The insights it gives especially for my sleep has really helped me fix my sleep and ultimately my health. Accurate sizing kit, but a little sharp around the edges. Uncomfortable when testing overnight.

The sizing kit really lets you live with the shape of the ring before committing. Great. Dangerous as all your family members will want to try them on too… so it could get expensive 😂 Great product. All the biometrics you want in a very small and discrete package. I had a couple of queries and Ultrahuman’s live chat function was convinient and efficient. No ongoing subscription is a plus. So far… - Sleep Tracking = accurate - Circadian Rhythm = interesting - Stimulant Window = useful There’s already been an update which shows that are improving and innovating what they do with the sensors all the time. I suppose the only thing of note is that could be described as a criticism is that you can feel the ring on your finger when doing certain tasks - but to be honest that’s the same with most rings, right?
