how durable are the springs that holds the matt?

I use this device on average 3 times per week for cardio, so I may not put it thru the rigors of a fighter in training. I Have not had any issues with the spring durability or loss of pad resiliency. Everything on this device is solid and durable.

The widest point at the back of the legs is 55” and the base is a triangle so it is more narrow toward the front. The deepest part front to back is 38”. It’s designed to go flat up against a wall or in a corner to save space. The additional space you’ll need in the front, for your body, depends on your style, movements & reach.
