Works with a PD AC usb c compatible charger or a PD power bank with a usb c cord to keep my Pixel phone charged while listening to music with my headphones or earbuds connected to a portable dac/amp. Edited on 4/29/24: Data pass through no longer works, item will be replaced by Amazon. Will try a replacement only once more, disappointed…

This works and it is awesome. That is not a trivial thing to say. I got somethinglike this two years ago and it did not work and I had to return it. Items like this have to do input and output, which is a tricky thing. So far so good!

I made the mistake of ignoring the many poor reviews and ordered this product. TLDR: Did not work at all on either female connector for power or data More detailed: I was hoping to use this to split power from a USB-C battery power pack to use for a pair of low power LED lights for a kid's costume. The USB-C lights did not receive power from either female port, with standard troubleshooting (one port at a time, both, reverse the way the plug was facing on each end, different source). I then attempted to use this splitter for other USB-C devices with several sources and could not get any data or power connectivity. I figured it was a long shot to try this, and wish I hadn't. I am returning it as defective/ non-functional and would not recommend it to anyone else. For my project, I ended up finding a usb-c output battery pack (samsung) with 2 usb-c ports that my son carried in his pocket rather than the single output battery pack I had mounted on a headband. Sometimes the more expensive solution is the right way to go.

Does exactly what I wanted. I needed to charge my phone and have a USB-C flash drive connected at the same time so I could transfer large video files.

I checked, double checked, and tripled checked that I had the right things plugged in the right places. It would charge my iPhone 17 but data connection would not work. My phone just wouldn't show connected at all. I removed the adapter and data connection came up just fine so I know it's the adapter that is the problem.

si lo cuidas puede durar mucho tiempo, pero tambien cuidar elpuerto de tu cel, es el primero que se daña por el peso . Preferentemente usarlo en superficies planas para NO stresar el puerto de Carga

Worked for power but but screen. I have a HDMI splitter with a C input connection unfortunately my laptop charger has gone 40 in the machine so I’ve got a new C charger but there is only one in the machine. I need a splitter to power and run my HDMI screen splitter and it doesn’t do the job. Power works fine but not getting the HDMI connection. Will need to get a different one.
