Got this amp for my grandson....his first amp. Sounds great! Has a few effects for beginners. The Blackstar distortion is classic!

The first one I got did not work properly. Amazon quickly got me a replacement. This amp works great and sounds great. A lot of tone options and more when you download the software and plug in a computer or apple product. Would be great if it had android support.The only reason for no 5 star is the first one didn't function correctly.

Extreme value. 4 effects, eq, 6 user configurable presets, 1w mode, audio interface all in one. If you want to tinker with recording this thing rocks. No additional hardware needed. If you like to tinker with effects again you can create any sound you want using the Architect software.Blackstar really has a winner here. This is basically the perfect practice amp.If there were 1 more feature added... I'd love it to have an option to run on batteries.

this product was in bad shape, the lights of the amp will been on, but the product got lousy noises, amazon dont want to refund me, they scam me, i tried to return it but the customer service are bad, also the amp got no sound even i get to the max, i waste my money but i will get to the bbb i paid $167 for this crap, dont buy to this seller, amazon customer service said one month ago ill be manufacturer fault , but the blackstar service said its amazon, im in the middle of people who take my money but now they dont want to refund me, im a disable person who suffer a heart attack, a brain hemorrage and this makes me very bad for my health

I love this amp but it’s crazy with feedback for me, and I’ve tried adjusting the gain and volume and all that junk and I just can’t seem to get a good level of distortion while minimizing the feedback
