Good solid stretch
Easy to use and gives you a stretch that is better than using your hands. The device doesn’t give. The only problem I have is the quad stretch because my foot can’t fit through the hole. I do have big feet that could be the reason or maybe I’m doing it wrong. Would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.
