I gave these a go as I found tart cherry juice to be both too expensive and the creator of heartburn.As for recovery, I actually found the juice better. I basically tested by working on my arms until the muscles were screaming at me. Two pints of tart cherry juice and my arms were goo the following morning.Back to my original point, because of the heartburn situation I went with the pills. Instead of swallowing these I basically emptied 4-6 of them into a protein shake, bit of creatine and so on. I gave my arms the same going over, testing once whilst drinking between reps, and another test in which I drunk it appx 30 mins after.I found that during the reps drinking helped me recover better than 30 mins after however my arms didn't feel as recovered as the juice test.A point I should mention is that these tablets had no affect on the taste of my shake so nothing to worry about there. It might get a bit grainy toward the end but nothing drastic, I just swirled with extra water.These tart cherry tablets will boost your recovery and I'd highly recommend them if on a budget as they're excellent value for money.

Took these to try and keep my uric acid levels down and then to try to speed up the passing of a gout flare. I'm not sure that they made much difference to be honest, but great communication from the seller was professional and appreciated.

Really really appreciate supplements that don't add fillers - no idea why they do in the first place if they're in a shell but delighted that this brand doesn't. Easy to swallow as they're only small and thin, and have a pretty pink hue. I'm taking these, not for gout, but for IBD - there's a new study out that recommends cherry as an anti-inflammatory so I'm all in for trying these - especially at £5.99! I've also used the powder inside the shell in my morning smoothie if even taking a tablet is too much and I really couldn't taste it so either way I'm happy to recommend.

The concentration of montmorency cherry is high and the bag contains tons of capsules making it really great value for money. I recommend these!

Disappointed that front of the packet leads you to think it's a much higher does than it actually is. Neither does the product description or item specification say its only 276mg per tablet.

Can't really fault them. I mean I take them but it hasn't stopped me getting gout. But I think that's more to do with the efficacy of montmorency cherry capsules in preventing gout in general rather than this brand so won't knock off points for that. If you want to take some capsules, these are as good as any I found and at a decent price/concentration too.
