Linksys Velop Tri-Band AC4400 Whole Home WiFi Mesh System- 2-Pack (Coverage up to 4000 sq. ft) (Renewed)

I bought two more Linksys Velops because I needed better coverage. I have seven (!!) of these now to cover around 5,000 square feet. The range each individual node provides has is fairly poor.I am flirting with trouble by having seven on the same network since when the network is rebooted, the individual nodes restart in a random order and do not necessarily connect to the best node to form a good "mesh." When that happens, there are dead spots where a device is connected to a node but that node has a bad "two-hop" connection back to the hub.I have been through this with Linksys' tech support, and their answer is to restart the network and then to reboot the nodes individually "from the hub out". This means manually restarting the nodes nearer to the hub from and then manually restarting the nodes further away.If I had to buy a mesh network again, I would not buy Linksys, but at this point I continue to throw good money into it because changing it would take more effort.
