I absolutely love all of Mama Birds vitamins. They are a brand that I know I can trust and makes quality vitamins. Took this DHA all through my pregnancy and have been taking it now as I breastfeed my baby. They are a fairly small size and easy to take also no fishy after taste or burps which is a plus!!

I had taken this throughout my entire pregnancy and my daughter is a healthy little girl! Often time with dha supplements I find that they have an aftertaste if you burp lol but these were very mild which I appreciated!

I am 22 1/2 weeks pregnant with my first baby and after reading the reviews for this product I decided to try it. I can’t take regular supplements due to them making me nauseous because they’re too big. However, after taking these I have nothing but positive things to say about this product. There’s no fishy taste, they are super small ,easy to take, and they don’t make me sick at all. This is my second time ordering and I have nothing but positive things to say about this product.

These were some of the best prenatals I’ve ever tried! Usually I get the worst stomachache and nausea but not with these! No flavor and easy to swallow! I also like they have fish oil because it’s really good for you but usually can’t take anything with it because of how sick it makes me but with these I didn’t get sick from them! Definitely worth it!

I purchased this as we are TTC (trying to conceive). My Gyno, a former OB, suggested I find a DHA to support fertility as well as the baby at least one month prior to getting pregnant. This is in addition to a regular prenatal. She suggests that starting these prior to pregnancy has been proven to reduce some birth defects. The first few weeks of development are very important, and most women don't know they are pregnant for up to 8 weeks. This product is small and is VERY easy to swallow! I was worried about burping it back up or having an aftertaste. NOPE! I take this at night, but have had zero issues! I did a lot of research and this one was specifically recommended. Thanks so much!

My main reason for trying this supplement was the quality of the product. Our family is very health conscious about what is in the supplements we are taking. When i read there was no soy, ascorbyl palmitate, preservatives, artificial colors, flavors, GMOs, gluten, dairy or sugar I decided to give them a try. I read some reviews that there was no burping afterwards which is a common issue for me with fish oil products. While that was not the case for me it was far less than I normally have with other supplements of this nature. Definitely worth trying!

I was taking the vegan option throughout my 1st and 2nd trimesters but switched to the fish oil one during the third because it's higher in DHA. Both are easy to swallow, though the fish oil capsules are slightly larger than the vegan ones. The fish oil capsules do have more of a fishy smell, but I do not find it overpowering or off-putting at all. Neither capsule give me fishy burps!
