I like how this gel makes my eyes feel in the morning when I wake up, not dry or scratchy. A little bit goes a long way. It will make your vision a little blurry until the morning, so if you read in bed or watch TV before going to sleep, apply the gel in your eyes just before you're ready to close your eyes for the night.

The formula has changed
They are still just about the best on the market for dry eyes, but they seem to have changed the formula so they aren't quite as thick as they used to be.
