My headset locked up. I don't know why. I contacted their support and they are shipping me a new one. They also recommended letting the battery run out and then letting it recharge. I don't like devices that can't be forcibly reset. Having said that, the company handled the situation very well and better than most. I hope letting them drain works, although I know that is not good for the battery. I understand these things can happen.The sound quality is excellent, the range with the dongle is excellent, and they are very comfortable. They don't have the auto-mute when you raise the microphone, but I do not need that feature.They are nice quality, and I like the styling.I thought about deducting a star for the technical issue, but the company's customer service was stellar, and they earned the 5th star for that.

The headset is very comfortable. I unfortunately could not get it to work with my company-issued computer which likely has more to do with their settings than with the item.

It was working fine and I even recommended it to a few friends, Purchased on March 6 or 7th, it stopped pairing to the dongle on April 22nd. This is completely unacceptable.Update: 4/24/2024 After chatting with an Amazon rep, I was able to get in contact with the seller who addressed my concern promptly and issued me a new pair without me having to send the others back. It came within 2 days. I highly value this response. I did advise that I would update my review on the actual product after some extended use to ensure the quality of the product is spoken to accurately.

UPDATEI LET THE BATTERY RUN OUT AND RECHARGED IT... PLUGGED IT BACK INTO MY COMPUTER AND IT WORKS LIKE A CHARM.. NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED PREVIOUSLY BUT VERY GLAD TO HAVE IT BACK UP AND RUNNING. SOUND QUALITY IS GREAT, THE NOISE CANCELLING IS ALMOST SCARY... ITS SO GOOD.I got to use these for 2 weeks before I suddenly have no sound coming in and they don't pick up my voice... I'm not exactly happy how much money I spent and how nice they seem for them to only work 2 weeks...

I could only get the headset to work in stereo with the Dongle. But once I accepted that, the sound was just fine. However, if I wear the headset for more than three hours my ears get sore and it becomes uncomfortable to wear this headset. Once they become uncomfortable, I switch to a corded headset and have no problems. However, that defeats the reason I purchased the cordless headset.

This headset is comfortable to wear for a long period of time. It has good connectivity with the dongle. The microphone is very clear . I tried 10 different headsets and they had issues with the call center app my workplace uses. No issues with this headset so far. The material seems good and the design looks pleasant.

If you are looking for a good wireless headset at a low price, this is a solid option. You get the headset itself, a Bluetooth dongle, and a charging base, a USB-C cable, plus a bag for storage. You can use either the charging cradle or the USB-C cable to charge the headset.Insert the dongle in a USB port on your computer, then just switch the headset on. It will pair automatically to the dongle. Switch the audio on your computer to the headset, and then you are good to go! The headset has a rotating boom arm that contains the microphone. The headphones have play/pause, volume up/down, and mute button controls.This headphone is plug and play. You don't need any additional drivers or software to use it. I find the headphones are very comfortable to wear. They are not heavy and they are very adjustable. They also have an LED indicator on them to show when the headphones are in use, or when they are charging. Speaking of the charging, the charge on these headphones lasts a very long time. You can charge them on the cradle or with a direct USB-C connection. I find that it can be tricky to get them to sit on the cradle correctly. There are times where I had it on the cradle and thought it was seated, but found out later it was not charging. Make sure to look at the charging indicator on the headphones themselves to indicate charging and not the cradle.The one other issue this headphone has is that there is no indicator of when the headphones need to charge other than the red LED on the side. The microphone does not mute itself when you move the boom mic out of the way like many headphones do. There is also no active noise cancelling on the headphones. They do cancel background noise but there is not active noise suppression on the headphones. These issues are the reason I took one star off the review. These headphones are great, but they do lack a few features that most headsets like this have.This is a good headset to own if you are looking for a wireless headset with great features. You will need to make some concessions in advanced features with them, but I find that what they do offer is more than adequate for my use.

USB dongle stopped working within couple of days. If you are audiophile, This headphone is not for you. It do its job, Noise cancellation is VERY GOOD , no complaints on sound quality at all while speaking into it, Vocal are great for call. They are comfortable to wear for couple of hours, USB dongle of my head phone stopped working but still I am able to connect to laptop via Bluetooth. Desk charger/dock is bonus, I never had to plug cable to the Headset. Overall, I'm happy with these, and would recommend them.****************************************Update on 2/5 /24 - I took one star off Today. Headphone is getting heated while using and Music beats had degraded a lot, Maybe I got defective one. I won't recommend this for such high price ($85) .

The media could not be loaded. Have been using the headset daily since April. The sound quality and noise cancellation was great, however this morning the device would not connect or re-pair with the USB receiver.Contacted support who responded with a week offering a free replacement. Very happy with the outcome.

Absoluut niet kopen! De kwaliteit is zeer slecht.USB Module was kapot bij levering, maar ik zou hem ook terugsturen als deze wel in orde was.Zowel bouwkwaliteit als het geluid is ver onder de maat.Deze headset zou nog geen 10 euro mogen kosten!

This is a great headset - very comfortable, covers my ears fully and doesn't irritate my skin in any way. Connecting to the computer was very simple first time, and now auto-connects. Very clear speakers and microphone - no crackling or anything, and noise suppression is really good.The charging station is really helpful and tidy - allows me to keep the headset always charged up and ready to go. That being said, the headset holds charge really well - I've managed to go 2-3 days with multiple calls and haven't had to charge it. My only criticism is that sometimes when you pop the headset on the charging station, it doesn't connect properly - but you can see that the light hasn't come on, and if you pick up and pop it back down again, it fixes it (I think it might just be alignment of the charging points). Very minor issue, would still definitely recommend this to anyone.

I needed a headset for conference calls and found this one to be reasonably priced. Upon receiving it, I found the build quality to be average. As long as the wireless connection is stable, it works fine for meetings. However, in the few weeks I've used it, I've encountered several wireless connection issues, which have been inconvenient. If it happens a couple more times, I'll consider replacing it.
