It is incorrectly claimed to to back magic. Have been using for over 2 years. I get a back pain everyday after sleeping. When I sleep on other hard mattresses don’t get the pain

Excellent Customer service
Unfortunately the mattress I ordered was a little bit small but Duroflex and amazon worked together and they accepted my return. The delivery guys had to deliver the mattress to 4th floor without using the lift, with no additional cost. Kudos to the entire team. The mattress is good. One side is soft and the other side is firm giving good back support. Just go for it if you don't want memory foam mattress which are heat conductors.
