I bought it for the mercury free part. I wish it was salt free but then you couldn't use it to take the poison off your vegetables. Too expensive, needs to be less. But I use it all the time, even as bicarbonate for anti acid.

Most baking soda has aluminum in it unless specified, if your not aware yet you should know corporations DON'T care about our health, so spend the extra change and seek out ingredients like this! Your health will thank you, i use this for heartburn too and it works instantly, ill never use tums or the likes again. Dont get overwhelmed in our toxic world, just switch 1 thing at a time, if its cheap and at every store like the famous brand of baking soda then its Not good for you.

This is such a great product and aluminum - free baking soda is not always easy to find. I have ordered this multiple times.
