5 star cable 4 stars for my use case
To start, I'm not using this cable for the Micro Studio Camera. I'm using the cable for a USB hub connected to a 100ft USB optical cable. I've given the product 5 stars because it is a good cable but I wish they had a female connection instead of a male to male because of my use case.The cable appears to working at advertised speeds and the screw....screws. It would have been nice to have a philips head instead of a flat head screw, which would make it easier to screw in but I swapped a philips head from an OWC cling on and it worked perfectly.

This cable can really lock in!
I'm not sure how they did it, but this cable's USB-C port almost seems to snap in and lock to whatever it's attached to. The fail safe screw works perfectly with my camera cage unit but the grip on this cable alone is super strong! It transfers power and data like a boss! It gives me peace of mind to know this cable is so solid.

Good product
The media could not be loaded. As always another quality product from XLCS designs. Even though I have the Blackmagic micro cinema camera G2 which the cable is originally for, I use it on as my connection for my Pyxis monitor to the Pyxis 6k camera. It comes with locking mech like the original one from blackmagic. They have longer lengths if you need, this is the shortest of them. I have extension cable to use if and when needed.
