Tried to start new hobby ,connecting rod either not hot enough or melted the cheap connecter

Worked great but after 2nd use, the pen for solid tips melted where the plastic end screws onto the pen itself. Going to try to find replacement for it, hopefully you sell one or will replace it. Elrod great until then.

Very easy to use machine...although I do wish the instruction manual was a bit more elaborate with giving information on the different tips provided and their use as well as heat setting suggestions. I was able to do a internet search and find info, but definitely would have been helpful.Overall great machine for my beginner pyro, using on wood and leather. No issues thus far!

Turned it on for the first time last evening. After cutting a 10 inch piece of mesh, I sat it in the holder that came with it, and by the time I shaped the petal and returned to cut another the metal tip was bent over exposing the melted interior of the wand.

It was fast delivery, and everything seems like it is there, but there are no instructions! Nothing.

The soldering iron adapter for all the thread on tips did not fit properly on the soldering iron making all the tips useless.

I would not by this again first time using it as soon as I got hot the pen came apart the plastic that holds it together is cheap and won't handle the heat

The unit has no stable way to attach the different connections. No instructions. Misleading number of pieces in the ad as well. Instant return. The nib holder screws they provide will strip after a few replacements Do not waste your money
