I take one after lunch and one post workout in the evening before dinner. Plenty of room for meals and is like I just drank an extra glass of water.

Also, want to float the idea of a caffeinated version... that would make it ideal to drink before my workout too to get me going. They say it easily dissolves, no added sugar, so I thought I could stir it into my fruit tisanes, sprinkle it on my yogurt, shake it into my salad dressing. You get it. NOT so.Not only does it NOT dissolve easily, it doesn't dissolve at all. They tell you not to blend it, but I've tried shaking, stirring vigorously, and finally whisking - NOTHING dissolves it. It's sticky. So sticky that you cannot wipe it cleanly off your utensil without a scrubber -- and I am not sure how I am going to get it out of my scrubber. I finally resorted to pouring the tea over fruit and mashing it in with a fork, and then scraping it off the fork with my teeth.Definitely not easy to use.Taste? Well, they SAY there's no added sugar, and the label doesn't report artificial sweeteners, but it definitely tastes sweeter than it should for the ingredients listed, and it's that taste one gets from sucralose or aspartame.I'm certainly glad I didn't buy the one pound container. I definitely have lost my trust of this food supplier.

So this really is a great alternative for a protein drink. So much better and different to the creamy/milky kind. The flavor was good! Refreshing. The only thing was that it had a salty taste, which may be the “limeade.” It had me confused thinking I was drinking a hydration drink. It mixes REALLY well. It does get foamy after mixing (I used a blender ball to mix) but the tub says let it stand for a few mins so that the foam settles and it does. No lumps/clumps at all.One thing I “didn’t like” was just that it’s only to be mixed with 10oz of water. I tried 15 the first time and it got watered down and the flavor was almost gone. I had in mind that I would be sipping on a big bottle of this, but it’s still very much a small serving sized drink.
