Brilliant. Arrived in just a few days, packaged very well.Extremely well built, very chunky and solid and easy to install, just unhook one end of your line, line up the devices holes then pass the line through from one end to the other.Reattach your line. Go to the device and twist the ratcheted “key”. Line is wound up inside if and the ratchet holds it firm. There’s also a real ease button on a spring in case you want to release the tension.Excellent product, well chuffed, going to buy another :-)

Great device,shame they are not readily available in the UK. Easy to install. This device is much better than the plastic ones supplied with clothes dryers (outdoor).

Does exactly what it says on the tin.
Worked perfectly to tension a 5mm washing line - it also makes it easy to join two lines and tension them. Definitely recommended.Delivery was a bit slow.
