On the one hand, I realize I forgot to read the ingredients. It tasted okay, but it had a back taste that didn't settle with me. It has soy in it. If they could make this same product but soy free, I'd be happy to give them another try. If soy doesn't bother you, it will definitely help with the sweets craving with low sugar.

If your watching your calories and looking to add protein then AdvantageEdge is the ready to drink for you. It has 17 grams of protein and only 100 calories. Best of all it has zero sugar and only 2.5 net carbs. The chocolate fudge flavor is very good and this consistency is like milk. No chunks of protein at all. This is manufactured by Abbott which is a very respected company. Highly recommended for those looking to add protein and not a lot of calories.

This used to be my favorite protein shake. I am wondering if the company changed the formula when they changed the look of the containers. I did not find the flavor as good as before.

They’re ok. I’ve tried several protein drinks and these don’t rank high on the list. The chocolate flavor is disappointing.

It's so nice to have a low carb shake as a meal substitute every now and then. I love this flavor, but do beware of the higher sodium content.

I was sent an expired drink. I ordered 5 advant edge carb control. I was sent 3 expired carb control and 2 expired live lean+toned. I don't understand why drinks that expired since 2017 should still be in your warehouse. Pls always check your drinks before opening it.

Tastes like chocolate flavored water; is about that consistency, too. Otherwise, worked okay to control hunger.

Taste is ok. You can buy it cheaper through other sources, like CVS.
