Neurop away pm is a very good product, works great at relaxing your body and reduces tingling in legs and feet. Sleeping a lot better since using this. Good product and price.

At first I tried a different brand and had okay results. The nerve pain stopped but did nothing for sleep or the burning in the bottom of my feet. When it was time for another bottle I was still going to buy it for the nerve pain but it was no longer on the market. I saw this one and it had the same amount of the ingredients that stopped the nerve pain so I bought it. I am getting ready to order another bottle of this and a bigger one. Not only did this continue to stop the nerve pain but it is helping with about 60% of the burning in my feet. Though it is not helping me to get to sleep I seem to feel more comfortable and stay asleep longer when I do sleep. I hope one day they make a stronger version of this to finish helping with the burning and more help with the sleep. Still an excellent product that really works with less than one bottle!

I was very excited to hopefully get some relief from my experiencing occasional numbness and tingling in my foot after ankle surgery; and, sleeplessness as a result. However, on the contrary. The melatonin (15mg) contributed to my wakefulness. The ineffectiveness of this product caused me to look up the supplement facts. I found that the supposedly [active] ingredients are a "Proprietary Blend" (lack of individual ingredient information). The total weight of the blend is listed, but not the weight of each ingredient within it. It's like a box of chocolates, you don't know what [how much] you're getting.

A very good product and a good value.
