It is, however, useful for most man-parts or areas that need to stay fresh and dry, but in particular your back-side. It did not cause any irritation, it is definitely long-lasting, kept us feeling cool and dry, has almost no smell (very light fragrance) and, per the manufacturer, it is talc-free, made in the USA and contains no parabens or dyes.The “Fresh Balls” lotion (liquid powder) comes in a tube (3.4 oz.) and is just as effective, dries quickly and offers many of the same benefits of the body powder, but is intended for men’s essentials and in particular your groin area or front-side. Per the manufacturer, this product is also Talc, Paraben and Aluminum Free. It goes on as a cream (apply it with your hand on dry skin) then the cream dries like a powder to keep you from chafing.Bottom Line: We are happy to say that both items do everything as promised in the listing, on the package, and when used on a daily basis. The body powder came with a marked lot number, a good till date of 11/20/2025 (clearly legible on the bottom of the bottle) and arrived sealed for protection from tampering. The Fresh Balls lotion did have a lot number, but we were unable to see an expiration date anywhere on the tube. Unfortunately, the text/print on the tube is unreadable, so it might have a sell-by or good till date, but we are not sure. He was a tenor for about a minute and half after his voice changed, then a baritone, and he may well wind up a bass.He’s got the kind of thighs that look great in a kilt, just like his dad—but sturdy, strong, hairy masculine legs can rub together. He asked me to find something for “guy hygiene”, and I found this kit.My kid says this works great. I have to give his reportage, because I definitely don’t use this product. He says it really does go on as a lotion and then become powder. It takes a little time to dry, he said he looked it up online and some guys use a hair dryer on low, but he doesn’t want to try that. He said waiting a bit is fine.It’s winter, so it’s not the full test like August will be, but he said that these products work great and help him keep dry and stop chafing.He wears a coat and tie and dress pants or a suit to school each day. (his choice, after 10 years of uniforms for grade and middle school—now he doesn’t have a uniform, but likes to dress up) It’s freezing cold in NYC lately, so he puts on a heavy overcoat. Then he walks to the subway, where it’s crowded and very hot. The walk to school in the cold again.
