Great Tasting Tea at a great price!
I must admit, I only bought this tea because it looked like a tea I had tried years ago in a Chinese tea shop. I'm really glad I did, because it is now my favorite tea. It has a silky mouth feel with a very nice lightly sweet finish. I like that it is naturally sweet and even a second infusion is just as good. I like to make a thermos full at at time, which gives me three coffee mugs worth. I use one level tablespoon in a 1 liter coffee press with 195 degree water steeped for 4 minutes. For a second infusion just bump up the timer to 5 minutes. Enjoy!!

Great taste. Add ginger and cardmen in boiling water
Edited review: Ordered it the second time after many months, but the strong ginseng flavor was just not there. Last purchase would fill up the kitchen with the smell but now I can barley smell or taste it. Maybe after covid everything is getting more expansive to manufacture. Original review: Way better than regular boring Oolong tea. We also boil the water with some grounded green cardmen for a slight minty taste and a few small chunks of ginger. Adjust it to your taste. These ingredients will enhance the flavor.

Average quality, but acceptable
If you're looking for a quality ginseng oolong or it's called blue people tea. The best I've ever had is from vital tea in San Francisco. They have a website. Real ginseng oolong will leave a cooling tingling feeling in your throat, it's wonderful. Not feeling that sensation from this one. At best, a medium quality oolong. UPDATE/EDIT I have to admit I rushed to judgment. This tea does have the ginseng sensation. Not as strong as some but it is there. I had this at 2.5 and now after more consideration and drinking I'll give it a 3.5. it's a decent tea.

My all time favorite tea
This is by far one of my favorite flavor of tea. It starts with a delicious Oolong tea taste to each sip and ends in a oddly sweet note. The tea is compressed and expands when heated so add way less than you think you need(5-8 pellets), by the end of the steeping you will have a sufficient amount of expanded tea leaves in your cup. Adding too much will cause a bitter taste.

I like these if you just chew them
I’ve made tea and have discovered, I’m not really a tea lover. But these are nice and crunchy and if you chew them, they taste pretty good. I chew a few every morning. I can see myself buying these again.

Great tea for Price
I got into drinking this tea a few years ago when I went to a formal tea service at a Chinese tea shop, but the shop raised its prices quite a bit, and it became inaffordable to drink it on a regular basis. Out of curiosity I took a look on Amazon to see if I could find it for a better price, and found this one. It has a different name from the one I was getting from the other tea shop, but it has the same ingredients. Since it is from a different company, and likely different tea plantations, it tastes slightly different from the other one, but it is similar enough, and a much better value for the price. It keeps me awake and alert when I have to get up at 5am and teach lamguage and literature, and without the stomach aches and caffeine crashes that coffee causes. In fact, the ginseng really does keep me clear headed, the licorice root is soothing to the stomach, and the mild caffeine content gives me energy, and that is a much better effect than the sudden jolt then fail of coffee.

Good enough
This tea was passable. With many Asian teas, you are able to steep several cups with the same leaves. I found that this tea was good for only one steeping, the flavor is gone after that.

Meh 🫤
Tea is nothing special for the price. Was looking for more of a ginseng and this is just a mild Oolong. Nice taste but pricey for plain Oolong. Will not buy again
