Been using this grounding sheet for about a month. Try to sleep with as much bare skin touching the sheet as comfortable. My partner and I have noticed less pain and stiffness in the morning. We tend to sleep better and wake up more energized. I have recommended it to my family, friends and co-workers and they look at me a little crazy. It is definitely worth a try and I would buy again.

Didn't think I would have such a positive experience with something as simple as bedsheets but I have been getting the best sleep I've gotten in a long time. I feel rested and I have energy and having a lot of health issues with pain and inflammation and usually waking up in pain and moving slow was the norm but I have had a lot less pain. I have made a lot of changes so it's not just the bedsheets but they do play a major role. Definitely a great investment for yourself.

I was sceptical and hated to spend the money but it is so worth it. Doesn't slip and slide on my bed and I sleep like a baby and has really helped my back. If it doesn't give you good results, one good thing is Amazon will accept returns. No worries you'll be glad you purchased it 😊

I would not recommend paying the overly high price for these sheets. As one who struggles with sleep and gave these an honest try, I can tell you they definitely do not work. My guess is that the people who say it does are experiencing more of a placebo effect than anything. The idea that you can "plug in" a set of silver-threaded sheets and you will somehow sleep better is exactly what it sounds like - pure nonsense. For good measure, I also tried sheets and a grounding pad from another company, Grounding Well, which also did not work. Folks, you cannot plug in sheets and sleep better. That's not a thing, or this would have revolutionized the sleep world long ago and everyone and their cousin would be using them.

We can absolutely tell a difference when we don't use use our grounding sheets. It helps us fall asleep faster, deeper quality sleep and less body aches and pain

Sheets are well made, runs a little on the larger size? I purchased a King sheet and have a lot of play room even with a thicker mattress. I also purchased a Queen set for my daughter and they run a little big but nothing bothersome about it. So, my daughter and I put them on at the same time so we can compare stories on how we felt after sleeping on the grounding sheets. First night we both felt we fell asleep much faster but nothing else. Second and third night, we both fell asleep faster and noticed we did not wake up tossing and turning as we had been. We both noticed a lot me detailed dreaming. Hers were crazier than mine, but I am not contributing the dreams to the sheets. I really did not have body aches or have any stiffness prior to using the sheets so it's hard to compare. Overall, they are comfortable, but not sure I feel it was worth the 99 dollars for just a sheet. Will continue to use but would have preferred for the price to include pillowcases at most.

I have twin-sized adjustable bed, and the sheets were a tad on the short side.On the upside, this does help them to remain secured to the mattress when the bed deforms.Otherwise quite comfortable.

I’ve slept on a grounding pad for almost three years. This is so much better. I’m not laying on plastic and don’t have to wrestle with a pad anymore.GROUNDING SHEETS ARE FANTASTIC!!!

The elastic around the fitted sheet is a great idea to keep it in place. Unfortunately, I find it is not that soft, so I have a fitted sheet over it. Presumably in that case it does not provide grounding unless I am damp (hot and sweaty haha).

We had no change to sleep quality or pain levels at night which is what we purchased the sheet for. Any suggestions please reply.

The sheet is good quality. The grounding cable is absolute junk! Open circuit. Luckily, I am someone who can repair these defects. With most item purchased the internal wire breaks at the press stud when molding the plastic around the fitting. Once fixed there is continuity all across the sheet at very low resistance >200 ohms.

No connectivity on the supplied cable at ANY resistance. Wide open. How hard is it to make a working cable?
