(Be careful: the larger units are by the same maker and may have same problem). No matter how you rearrange the drawers, the top two drawers are a major struggle. The clear sides allow viewing, and I can see that the slides are not out of the grooves, so that's not the problem. No matter how you arrange the 3 drawers, the top 2 drawers are impossible. After great difficulty, if you can open them, it's another major struggle to get them back in. If you can manage to shut it with great force, then you can't get a good grip on the drawer pulls to pull hard to open, as the pulls are smooth all around and have no finger grooves on the bottom to grip. I have to remove the bottom drawer which sticks the least, reach inside to the back of the drawer above, and still with great difficulty, wrangle out the drawer above it, and then likewise for the top drawer. I tried lubricating the drawer slide lips and grooves, no help. It could be that the grooves are not uniformly wide enough, or the entire sides are slightly warped, bowing inward just enough to make it too tight. It's also a bit heavier than I thought, and there's no convenient carry handle.
