Cheap Junk
I purchased this for my boat’s wash down pump. Anybody who has owned a boat knows accessibility to wiring is limited and you have to be a contortionist to work on it. I got it installed and NO POWER! Took it back out and checked continuity with my OHM meter and notta. Complete junk and I am installing a traditional fuse instead!

Additional Safety
I finally used this item this weekend when I upgraded my batteries on the camper to Lithium batteries. Although the system is protected from the camper manufacturer, I had to run an additional cable to the shunt for monitoring of the batteries. This is where I used this in order to protect the additional cables. The astute observer will say that 40 amp is not a big fuse when you run a camper on it. I do not invert to AC 110V in the camper and only use 12V items that do not in total exceed 40 amp.

Under rated blDC breaker
It appears to have ceased functioning after approximately 15 to 20 minutes of use. Additionally, it experienced overheating. My usage was limited to a car battery charger with a power output of 300 watts.

Not reliable and outright dangerous product
Pure garbage - I've - unfortunately - bought couple of those : 40, 50 and 125 Amps. I tried to use the 40 on a 30 Amp charger, it did overheat and pop after 15 minutes of use so I went for the 50 - same issue and finaly I've installed the 125 amp to keep the 30 amp charger running but gues what - same problem. It got even worst - it actually start acting like a resistor instead of a breaker means id clicks, the lever goes in the off position but it didn't fully disconnect. Truly dangerous crap. Anyway, if you don't want to burn your car/house/boat down, you better look somewhere else.
