Really in-depth, easy to follow instructions included. Highly recommend. We used a 2 pint plastic milk container cut in half. Alginate came straight out nee worries so brilliantly can use container again. We didn't use distilled water, we used warm tap water but we have super soft water here. We used about 150g of each the alginate and casting powder for one hand (little'un is 4 mths). Only snag I'd say is you don't get 500g of alginate as advertised, you only get 450g.
