Tho my skin feels a lil tingly when I first started using it, it gives me the boost of energy I need just before my workout and during my workout.

Pre-workout bliss
Amazing results and tastes. I only buy these onesol Pre-workouts now so my favorite is mango guava it authentically tastes like Agua Fresca, strawberry kiwi 🥝 is my second fave has a very fresh taste it's refreshing as well gummy bear flavor is like the white gummy bear it's not as sweet tasting as the first two but tastes better with no ice. These are potent and will give you the focus and pump you need I recommend you try at least one of these I also recommend the creatine I've gotten and Amazing result using that product as well.

DO NOT waste your money!
0/10! Bottle is LITERALLY half empty. I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews for this one since I’ve seen so many “good” advertisements on instagram, I guess that’s my bad. I use to take C4, then changed to Oxyshreed “Honeydew” which tastes delicious, but it’s pricey. I wanted to try this brand but was extremely disappointed. Plus, I CAN’T return it. I tried looking where does it say that it’s not refundable but couldn’t find it. DO NOT waste your money on this one. I’m even afraid to try it since many reviews mentioned that it causes nausea. Definitely going back to Oxyshreed!

Good flavor
Good flavor, the only reason I didnt give it a 5 star is because I felt it’s a little over priced

Energy all day!
It was my first time trying the product. All I can say is that it kept me pumped at the gym and definitely had some great workouts with it. I definitely recommend. I loved that it wasn’t like other pre-workouts that would only give me energy for four hours with this pre-workout. I had energy all day.

Great product
Great product but it does cause itchiness. If you buy it make sure to start off with half the serving and slowly build up. It doesn’t make you crash. Taste is okay, energy level is great and you do get the value for your money.

Best Pre-workout I have ever tried
I have tried my fair share of prework out but one sol has had the best flavor and pre workout energy and it helps with focusing as well. I think it’s amazing that they have mushrooms in the preworkout. Mushrooms have amazing benefits and I am happy to see them in a preworkout. I will never buy another preworkout.
