If you've connected to the app, it's possible that the other 4 modes have been deactivated at some point. We recommend connecting to the Oral-B App and going into the handle settings where you can turn the modes on/off or do a full reset of the settings. Your Oral-B Team.

Q: What is the suction bit for in the picture?

You’re supposed to stick it on your mirror to hold your phone. There is an oral-b app that runs a counter for each segment of brushing to ensure you brush properly. I’m not comfortable sticking my expensive phone in a holder above a sink. If it drops it will surely smash the screen. Fortunately this brush works with the smart timer that cane with my old brush. So I use that instead.

Q: I would only want to buy it in the hope that I get a better idea which parts I don't brush enough. Is it really good for that?

It is useful. Much better than manually
