This jump pack surprised me! Have used, or should I say tried to use, other jump packs over the years and they all fell short of starting anything I wanted to jump start. This unit was just the opposite. I have used it several times to jump start heavy equipment and trucks. the last time I used it, I had to jump start a D6 Caterpillar. I no more had put the cable clamps on and the machine cranked like it had new batteries in it! The cost of this pack is comparable to others. But the results are night and day in comparison. Have yet to find a time that it hasn't performed to my expectations!

I charged it up and tried to start my 2018 Internationals they didn't start. Came over to my 1998 Sterling, it turned over a little so thought it should this one and didn't start that either.

Worked alright

This is one of those must haves in any shop. Works perfectly, zero complaints.

I was excited to receive this jump box because of it's clean, unique design and robust feature set. Once received I was confused by the cumbersome operation and configuration and the circuitry that won't supply voltage to the clamps unless connected to a battery. I sometimes use my jump boxes for auxiliary 12v purposes and this one will not allow it. As a jump box it did function when I tried it but it seems to use quite a bit of battery in the process. I haven't time tested the battery life when using the AC plugs but it did work for small electronics as did the USB. For the charger I would rather see a permanent cord with a storage compartment rather than a small laptop type adapter. Overall I'll probably stick with the more simple jump boxes without voice prompts and needless functions.

For it's price, it leaves a lot to be desired.Out of the box it looks more science project than commercial, but it seemed to be hefty.First time I tried it, I hated the voice box. I immediately took it apart and removed it. While I was in there, I noticed it was lacking some of the backing for the proposed 10,000A.I tried it on a 2002 Ford Explorer with a completely dead battery and it started it immediately; which is impressive.I next tried it on a 2001 GMC T7500 with a CAT 3126 that had low batteries. It immediately croaked without starting the truck, and drained its battery from fully charged to zero.As a small vehicle jump box, yes its greatHeavy equipment, or semi trucks? No. Quite possibly would turn into a molten blob of plastic sitting on your fender.For its price point, I wouldn't recommend this pack.

This is a huge waste of money we own a towing company so this sounded like great deal like old saying if sound to good to be true probably is that’s absolutely 100% right garbage don’t wast your money or time
