Easy to take
East to swallow as tablets are small, and no taste to them. No side effects (for me ) to report. Seem to be doing good as arthritic pain not as sharp as it was.

Work well for joint pain
Small and easy to swallow. This is my first time of buying this brand, my previously brand purchase was great and made a noticeable difference in reducing shoulder pain. This seems to be working equally as well but I noticed the other one more as it stopped the pain whereas this seems to have kept it away just as well as the other product. The inside of this packet is quite yellow and the product can stain fingers whereas my last one didn’t. That’s the only downside.

Part of my skincare routine is to take these for clearing my eczema along with supporting my gut health! Helped with ibs other stomach cramps eczema and stomach acid! My favourite thing and limits my need for the gp and prescriptions!!

Didn't work for me
I bought these as I have osteo arthritis and the contents are supposed to help with the pain and inflammation - sadly they were a disappointment. They were easy to take and went down well but didn't offer any discernable improvement to my pain levels. I didn't re-order This isn't to say that they might work for others, just not for me
