WOWZA. The Rave Reviews I Read Weren't Kidding
The reviews I read weren't kidding. HOLY COW. These ARE amazing! SERIOUSLY. CAN I GET SPONSORED FOR THIS? BECAUSE I'M IMPRESSED. DANG. WOOF. HUBBA HUBBA.The support is incredible. I've been using them for the past 6 months or so and they're holding up great! I only have 1 pair of custom made inserts and I'm currently without health insurance, so switching out one pair of inserts everytime I want to wear a new shoe is super annoying. Then I discovered these bad boys.**CUE INFOMERCIAL**I feel like they are more supportive/heartier than the "basic" Dr Scholl's inserts I've purchased at the grocery store and these inserts are about the same price, if not just a bit more expensive. I DEFINITELY feel like they're worth the money. They feel like they'll last quite a long time and I'm ALL about that, from both a financial perspective as well as an "eco friendly" one.I wanted to wear them in my flats but the foot shape of the insert was too big up front so I just cut it with scissors (not past the arch support, of course), only until I could get the insert to fit into the front/"toe half" of the shoe (forgive my lack of a good description XD). In this case, I do have to make sure the insert is up against the back of my shoe before I slip my shoe on, but that was my own fault because of how I cut it, and it's not even a big deal! It stays put in my shoes while I'm wearing them so no complaints here, even with me cutting them up XDThat being said, I'm not sure how these would fit in a shoe WITHOUT being cut down, but for the price (I think around $18 when I purchased them), I still recommend trying these, seeing how they fit in your shoes, then cut the toe part of the insert to however it fits best for you. I'm not sure if this ruins the product's intended purpose, but since my arch is supported and I haven't felt pain since...well, since I can't even remember when, I see no problem as a layman with cutting it a bit ^_^ I also don't feel my foot rolling in and its awesome. Its great too because if cutting them down is fine to do according to the manufacturer, that means this insert can fit a large variety of toe shapes! I also can switch them out easily this way, from shoe to shoe. I usually wear them with 3 specific pairs of shoes: a pair of flats, casual slip-ons, or my steeltoe workboots. I'm at work standing for long periods (5+ hours) while wearing any of those three.I recommended these to my flat footed boyfriend if he ever wants to try an inexpensive pair of non-custom inserts, he should definitely try these. I'm seriously so happy with these!**Note: I wear these with one pair of my flats, but I have another pair of flats that are too narrow for these, which is not the fault of the insert, but of the shoe itself. Due to the different styles of flats out there, I wanted to give that warning. I repeat: This is NOT due to the fault of thd insert!*

O M G!!!!! What a difference !!
3 months ago I purchased two pairs. Put them in some sneakers, and a pair of boots. For some reason I switched shoes and didn't think of switching insoles in other new shoes. The new shoes I assumed already had arch support. I had good and bad days with heel pain. Then one day I put my old sneakers back on with the insoles that I bought and had a perfect painless day...I repeated wearing them the next day. Told my son, why didn't I stick with these, instead of buying new shoes? So I ordered 4 more pairs of insoles. They arrived today and I slipped a pair in my new shoes that I thought were once perfect. They are MORE than PERFECT! THEY give you the right arch support to relieve heel pain, and align my ankle to be vertical so my bones leading up to knees don't ache. That's what happens overtime when I was walking not wanting to put pressure on side of heel due to pain. Everything gets out of alignment. I am now 6 months into hopefully recovery soon on my heel pain. I don't believe mine was ever plantar fasciitis. I was misdiagnosed, I kept explaining what caused it, yet they quickly want to say PF!... mine was caused by a injury to the skin of my heel. Deep cut fissure on side. Took months to heel and even though on outer surface my skin looks healed. Damaged tissue and possibly nerves are taking longer to heal. I know now the difference if you have plantar fasciitis, or if it is not. Stretching and forcing myself to walk more was not the answer for me. I paid for it big time like barely being able to walk next 3 days..if I followed PF therapy. .I also got tested and have no infection in my body from old wound. So it will just take time to heel internally..the nerves. Be kind to your feet, where socks if your not wearing shoes😉 My answer is indoor shoes, as well as outdoor shoes with these amazing insoles! are what I will do from this day forward. I sound like a preacher...😄Amen!

Comfy but runs small
For background, I am not new to shoe insoles. I have bad knees and have tried superfeet in the past, then switched over to powerstep per my doctor's recommendation. As I placed an order for my powerstep replacement, I saw these and figured they were worth a try for practically half the price. These run a tad bit small. I ordered the size 6-6.5, but I wear a size 6 shoe. These insoles left a tiny gap by my toes and it would rub the bottom of my toes in my sneakers. Other then that, they were comfortable and provided similar support to my powersteps. I ended up putting my powersteps back in my sneakers and these insoles in my steel toes, which are more rigid and prevent my foot from moving as much. Because of the length issue, I can't say I'd buy these again but they were worth the try. I still like my powersteps best.

True to size (women’s 9.5) and already providing relief after 1 day
I’m a size 9.5 wide, and these fit my feet perfectly. You may need to remove the existing insoles of your shoes to place them in. I put them in sneakers that were a bit roomy/had stretch, and although they’re about 1 cm short in the front, they still work great. Over exerted myself over the holidays, and my left foot and ankle started hurting. Bad. Sharp pain stabbing up through my heel/under my foot, ankle ache/soreness, and my Achilles tendon was tender on the sides. Whenever I stood up, immediate pain for the first 20 steps (8/10), then reduced pain/discomfort after that (2/10 or 3/10). Doctor says the tendons around my ankle that wrap under the foot were inflamed/swollen. Will need to wear slip-on ankle support/splints for walking/exercising. Only wore these insoles for one day, as these arrived before the splints, but actually feeling some relief already. Feels like the sides of the insole around the heel and next to the arch are holding my foot in place, and thereby keeping the ankle from wobbling so much. The material isn’t super squishy, but that’s probably the point. Support. Going to buy a few more so I can use them in other shoes, and for when this one wears out. Ankle and the bottom of my foot still aches, but this is a huge improvement from the sharp, limp-inducing pain.

Delivered to wrong address.
Inserts provide arch support & are reasonably comfortable. Rating downgraded because the package was delivered to the wrong address.

Meets initial expectation, but jury is still out
I bought a size 8/8.5M and it fits well into my size 9. The support initially gave a nice bump to the arch. After 3 weeks of daily walking averaging 5-6 km a day, I see the toes imprints sinking into the sole and the EVA now feels thinner, while the arch support feels a little less. Hope it stays this way and not goes flat further!
