Good quality, thick plastic.
The media could not be loaded. I didnt necessarily want the drawers but now im glad I have them. The drawers lock in place and don't slide around if you take the layers apart. I did wish they sold additional dividers, couldnt find something to work and didnt want to tape in cardboard. Works well for embroidery thread if you pack them in tight enough to hold a row. I have quite a lot so that wasn't a problem. These are standard plastic DMC bobbins. I couldn't find any bins designed for floss that stacked together like this and had good reviews. # embroidery floss, thread bobbin storageIgnore my breathing in the video.

The latches break really easy
I love the drawers and the ability to adjust the size but the latches broke immediately.

Perfect for my sewing notions
I bought this to store small things like clip tabs and chains for my embroidery projects . It is the perfect size and I would highly recommend it. I also liked that it has a little rubber band kind of things that keep the drawers closed if I knock the box over.

Perfect sewing box
Before purchasing this multi-purpose box, my sewing materials were all over the place. No longer. I love how the drawers have flexible dividers to accommodate scissors, bobbins, spools of thread, seam rippers, etc. And because it is clear, I have an idea where everything is and I don’t have to guess which drawer has the scissors. Highly recommend.
