Shilajit Resin 500mg – Potent Himalayan Herbal Supplement

Amazing, felt more awake and full of energy from the start. I mix in coffee and tea 40 minutes before I eat. I seem to have less sleep, only 5 to 6 hours and I wake up at 4am every day even on my days off work.

Item arrived promptly, well packaged as you would expect. Upon opening the item the glass jar was well protected, box contained document of authenticity and recommended dosage information. package also contained 3 x wooden spatulas, unfortunately not a metal one as other products supply.Once the jar was unsealed it was obvious why... The Shilajit had the consistency of a thick syrup similar to molasses unlike other brands of Shilajit I have been used to in the past, these had the consistency of a super thick tar similar to a malleable resin. The recommended amount mixed with warm water appeared light brown as opposed to dark and potent brew. Used this for a few days now and feel that the effect are no where near as good as other brands and sadly fall short of the mark. I have been using Shilajit for just over 18 months and have tried a few different brands some of which are still sat on a shelf as they dont measure up.I will be returning to previously purchased brand as this one does not quite hit the spot. Finding a good quality potent supply of this stuff is a minefield as there are so many different brands on the market that claim the product they supply is original, high strength 100% organic yada yada, you know... the same old sales pitch. I'm not going to use this review to promote another product as this would not be fair however good luck in your search, you will know instantly you've got the right stuff as soon as you open it.This is my personal opinion and should only be taken as such, you may have a completely different view. 6/10

I don't understand how people can rate this positively when this product has been sent off for testing and there's 0 Shilajit In it! Terrible quality, go for mountain blood and feel some real effects

The product does work. You need to get used to the taste, but the effects are subtle initially and become noticeable within 7-10 days. I mix it with warm water and take it in the morning on an empty stomach.

I have been using this shilajit for a long time. It is an amazing product that has boosted my energy levels. I recommend everyone to use it, as it doesn't have any side effects. However, it has a strong smell. But it didn't bother me at all.
