Being unable to take ibuprofen due to also taking beta blockers, it was mentioned to mee that I try turmeric. I experience pain in my hip, shoulder and neck from injuries sustained years ago, and also suffer terribly with bilateral menieres disease. With MD, the feeling of fluid and pressure/pain particularly in my right side gets to a point sometimes where I seriously feel like blowing my brains out. MD obviously also has an effect on mental health/anxiety/depression. I checked out various brands of turmeric, tried a couple and found them to be ineffective. I decided to have one last crack at using turmeric, and decided on this brand, after reading reviews. And I'm really glad I decided to give it another try! I've had more success with this than I have with pharmaceutical drugs, too. My pain level is down, inflammation is down, the ear fluid and pressure is not gone, obviously, but it does feel a little easier since taking this. Admittedly, I take a higher dose than recommended - I started off one one capsule, 3 x daily, and have increased it to 2 capsules, 3 x daily, this seems to also have given me an energy boost, which was also much needed! So far, so good! Will definitely be ordering more!

I suffered from mild to moderate facial eczema caused by perimenopause - hormonal fluctuations. It got bad enough that it caused reoccurring blepharitis - inflamed stys on my eyelids, cracked lips and sore inflamed dry patches. The doctors fobbed me off with steroid creams. No drying either! My skin is alot happier and healthier now.If you have similar symptoms give it try, you've got nothing to lose.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Easy to take. Much cheaper than many brands and comparable to ones I bought in the US.

Been taking for about a week or two and not noticed much difference yet. I was just informed by a friend that I should take curcumin supplement, not plain turmeric because apparently the active ingredient in turmeric is curcumin so if I take that directly then it’s a stronger effect. However I know that in some ashrams in India pple just take balls of turmeric in the mornings - so that should also be sufficient..In any case I really like that it’s all organic (except for the capsule shell), with no added nasties & totally VEGAN capsules.Capsules are kinda big but still easy to swallow because they’re slippery. No issues.

Im 60 years old, I started taking this 4 days ago. I was limping on my right knee everywhere. Up the stairs I was having to hold on to the stair rail with both hands pulling myself up. I had to go up one stair at a time, taking me ages as my bedroom is two flights up. To go down stairs I was having to hold on tight to the stair rail, frightened I would fall. The pain in my knee is now only about the size of a 50p piece in my inside knee. I have to remind my self I dont need to limp. I can go up and down stairs steadily but fairly normally, I still hold on. Im taking this 1 tab in the morning to help me throughout the day, and 1 tab at night to ease the pain so I can sleep pain free. So far its like a miracle cure. Im amazed, it has changed my day to day life for the better. My doctor did nothing for me. I was told I just had to get on with it.

I have been buying this product for years and am usually very happy with everything, but I hate the new package! I used to be able to recycle the old plastic container in my recycling bin however the new plastic packet requires specialist recycling which isn't available in my area!!!

I suffer with severe osteoarthritis in both knees, I’m awaiting surgery, I’m on lots of meds, but I still like to try adding supplements, and I’ve been on many various ones over the years, with very little pain relief, so I wasn’t expecting too much from these.. My knees are still painful, but less so, and any tiny relief is a huge help, but, one surprising improvement has been felt.. I had a dull ache in my left foot and toes that would come and go, and it has completely gone! I’d had it for about a year, and I only just realised that it no longer hurts.. So, I am putting that particular pain relief down to the turmeric, and for this reason I’m happy to recommend giving them a try.. They have a strong smell when you open the bottle, and they are rather big, but I take them with my morning breakfast cereal and have found that’s the easiest way to take them.. I live with pain daily, but these are a help, so hopefully others in my position may find them helpful too.. Take care everyone x
