A sewing friend got me a pair of Kai scissors like this and I loved them! The handles are soft and easy to hold. This smaller size is perfect for cutting threads or snipping out small pieces of fabric. They are super sharp and make a nice clean cut. The blade cover makes it convenient and easy to take them to classes without worrying they will poke through a tote bag. Now I'm buying them as gifts.

Estas tijeras Kai fabricadas en Japón , son de Excelente calidad, tienen bastante filo y son cómodas de usar. la tela, el papel y el cartón delgado lo cortan muy bien. no son grandes, sus asas están forradas de una goma suave. Es un producto de calidad que durara mucho tiempo. Sin lugar a dudas las volvería a comprar. Me las enviaron nuevas en su empaque original y en perfectas condiciones. y el envío a México fue muy rápido.

This was my first time buying this brand of scissors. I was surprised at how loose they feel ~ but they cut just fine. My main desire is for the cap that fits and stays on so securely. I bought these to keep in my purse, and they're just perfect for that.

Very sharp scissors that cut well and have stayed sharp. They are small, but work well for general tasks. My wife has a larger set that she uses for sewing and they work great too. KAI knows how to make scissors.

If you want sharp this is the scissors to buy cuts like butter

Superb scissors these. Already have 2 from years ago for craft work, still working good.Ordered another 2 for a unique purpose. We have a long hair well aged cat. Through his life & moods, he never quite liked anyone brushing him. And therefore as seasons change his coat gets into knots.Most scissors we have tried can cut the hair fine but seem to also "pull" a bit at the roots when doing so. He reacts badly!!!.But not with these Kai's !!! Super sharp, firm, stable even at the very tip. We do very clean cuts & he's starting to appreciate it too.Highly recommend these. The price is very fair & they are a life saver. Will buy more in time to have around if the price stays fair.A+

I needed a pair of sharpe scissors for a craft project using leather, after some research I decided to purchase these.Whoa! Absolutely Fabulous.....so sharp ....its a good job they come with a little sheath .Very happy and will only purchase this brand in the future for a larger pair.

I wish I had bought Japanese products like this when Amazon started. There are so many inferior products which I bought instead because they were cheap. That was a mistake. A fabulous Japanese product.

I bought these for cutting and trimming paracord which the scissors do with ease hey are very sharpe and well made.The safety guard is a nice little addition and fits well and secure
