S100 12301F Special Surface Cleaner Bottle - 10.1 oz.

I had been using Plexus to keep my Harley windshield clean, but the price kept creeping up and I was looking for a less expensive alternative. On a forum, someone recommended S100. Researching this product, I discovered that the right formula to use is their Special Surface Cleaner, which is made for the material that H-D uses to make their windshields. Works great and was more than 50% less than the Plexus. Recommended.

I saw this stuff on the shelf at many of the dealerships I visited. Googled it and noticed it got pretty decent reviews on some of the bike forums. I decided to try it out myself. I purchased a couple of soft microfiber cleaning towels and use them exclusively with this S100 product.Let me first say, I hate cleaning my bike. I'm not a big fan of chrome since it looks really bad when dirty. I'd rather be riding. But, I do like a clean windscreen. In the past I've used glass cleaners or windex. They worked OK, but had a tendency to fog on cool humid mornings. They're best feature was price and ease of finding on shelves everywhere. The S100 was comparably priced on Amazon at what I would have paid at the dealership. I was already ordering some other items and thought I'd give it a shot. I'm glad I did. Another confession. I don't wipe the bike down when I'm done riding. That means any bug stuff gets a great chance to dry and crust up on the windscreen, fairing, headlights, etc. I've used this S100 2 ways now. Spraying directly on the microfiber towel and then wiping the surface, and spraying directly on the windscreen. The second way works really great if there's a big nasty hard chunk of bug dried on there. I hit it with a shot or two directly, then a couple more quick spritz on the rest of the windscreen. It softens the dried bug and makes it real easy to wipe away. It dries streak free, and it doesn't fog on those cool mornings. I've used it on the painted fairing and lowers, the headlight, and the driving and turn signals. Works great all over.S100 makes an all over quick wash for the bike they advertise as a no scrub. Hmmmm. I see some of that in my future too. This stuff convinced me they make a great product. I'll try some of the other offerings from them now.

After a basic "automotive" wash on my bike, this cleaner removed bug and road spooge remnants from the plastic, fiberglass, and carbon fiber parts.

This works amazingly, visors, windshield and pretty much the entire motorcycle. It also works great removing the bugs

This worked great on my motorcycle helmet visor, though it did have a slight smell that took some getting used to.

this plastic cleaner is terrific on windshield. Bought five of them because I was so impressed and I use it very often. I have three containers left and it helps tremendously on the fairing windshield 15 inch windshield and it also works pretty nice on the batwing on my motorcycle that is fiberglass, but I highly recommend it for the plexiglass that’s on the bearing and it’s very nice to use on the dashboard for the instruments and it cleans very nicely when it’s used on your mirrors I’m very impressed with this cleaner and I’ll continue to use it

top notch product, if i’m going on a long trip this is in my saddle bag 99% of the time!
