I was a little nervous about using this product at first. I have hearing loss and I wasn't sure about using something that would send a blast of water into me ears. But I gave it a try and I like it. When I tried it I wasn't expecting to see a lot of results in the catch cup because I keep my ears pretty clean but the machine did clear out ear wax from both ears.Likes:- The machine is easy to use. I was able to figure it out with a minimal of reading the included instructions.- The display is helpful in knowing what mode I have it set to. By that I mean it is more than just a mode number, it uses icons to give the user a quick understanding of the settings.- The unit has a built in thermometer that displays the water temp and uses a graph bar to let the user know if the water is too cold or too hot.- Easy to fill- Easy to contain the water that comes back out. I was a little worried that I'd have water spraying all over but that wasn't the case. I hardly even got a drop on my shirt.- Quality feel and look of the unit. The manufacturer used a good grade of plastic and the display screen looks nice.Dislikes:- Getting all of the water out of the container is difficult. The unit has a weighted ball that helps in getting almost all of the water out but getting those last few drops out is more difficult.Overall I am happy with the machine. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the unit and was pleased with its effectiveness.

This smart ear cleaner is something you never realized you needed until you use it.I do suggest trying it out without thinking about your ears the first time you fill it with warm water…not hot, not cold. Like a baby bottle temperature. The amazing thing is that the device will tell you if you have the temperature right! Turn it on the first time either outside or in the shower or sink. Then try the different functions. See what each one does as you push the buttons. Because in your ear, it’s nice to know what to expect. Then pick the functions you like the best and proceed to step 2.Next, either in the bathtub or over the sink, or use the ear cup anywhere…..It’s time to give it a try!My suggestion is to use the buddy system…But by yourself works great too …just hold your head where the water will run out into the cup / into the sink, or into the shower and aim the washer into your ear…remember you can stop it and change to a different mode if you don’t like the exact pulse or power level…but my husband and I both loved it.It’s like a very gentle water flosser. Just softly rinsing out your ears. If your ears feel like they still have a tiny bit of water in them afterwards, just tilt your head slightly for a few minutes and it will easily clear.Worked as expected and we really enjoyed having this smart ear cleaner.

I was definitely looking forward to using this device because it clean out the ears. But however, Bit of a let down. It hurt my ears and still has not let up from almost 2 weeks ago. Then the instructions tells you and shows you to take A Q- tip and stick it in your ear to get the remaining liquid out of your ear. The whole point of cleaning that area is not to stick things in your ear.You're not supposed to stick a q-tip in your in your ear.I even thought water pick for teeth do to the pressure.Water stayed up in my ear. The pain. The reason for the stars isI use it to clean out smaller areas that I can't clean out when cleaning the house or whatever needs to be cleaned inside the home or on a job site. To get the water out of this machine it's really a pain. So my stars are high on this not because of what it says to use it for but because of what I use it for. It works great on the construction site. I get saw dust out of the cracks and crevices of things easy.Came with everything in picture.Hope this finds you well and thank you kindly for reading.

I've never water-blasted my ear canals so I wanted to give this a try. Well... it's different. I guess I just don't like water in my ears. I did not get any ear-wax emissions but the water definitely got all the way in there. I don't have hearing issues and typically don't seem to create a whole lot of ear wax anyway. The adjustable pressure was good to have as the lowest setting felt too low and the highest setting was definitely too high for a non-blocked ear canal. The only thing I don't like about the device is that it leaks from the base of the earpiece as well as the base of the tube. So using it in the shower is preferred to avoid a slightly wet shoulder and drips on the floor. Therefore, it's great it is water proof. It is simple to use and adjust and saves preferred settings. If water cleaning is your thing, this one isn't bad.
