Unfortunately I can’t give this product ant stars because of the very poor quality, I do understand why this product is sent directly from the manufacturer as I could quite imagine that Amazon on viewing the product definitely wouldn’t sell it especially at the price I paid for it nearly £100, and in my opinion it is worth no more than £10/£15, I have purchased 100s of products from Amazon and have always been very happy with them, but this product has totally upset me and would highly recommend that Amazon stop selling it, I have very sorry for the negative feedback, as I have always posted many reviews of products I have purchased with very good reviews, PS I would love a refund but have no idea how, kind regards Gary
