This binder does not have any rings, and the sheets come as a part of the binder. **Q: Does it fit ultra pro premium top loaders?or just regular top loaders?** A: Yep, the ultra pro premium toploaders should be 3” x 4” as well which would fit. **Q: Does this binder come in other colors, or just black?** A: It comes in just black for now.
