Solgar Biotin 1000 mcg, 250 Vegetable Capsules

This is a great product! I stumbled upon it it about a year ago and have been using it ever since. Make sure to drink plenty of water while taking this product as biotin is known to cause breakouts on the skin, mine broke out when I first started taking it but about a month in once it was in my system I fell in love. My skin is so clear and it is actually glowing! I take it along with 1000 mcg of MSM so not only do I get healthy looking skin, I get nice looking thick hair also.

I have been taking this product for years also my mother for her thinning hair. Solgar makes the purest vitamins. My hair look great ,my skin and nails too.I am extremely happy so my mother. Easy to shallow We both drink a lot of water to help with the absorption of the Biotin. Also I received in safe packaging and exactly on time. I will reordered from here again. Solgar is one of my favorite vitamin brands. Great quality and worth the price. Biotin is essential for anyone who has thyroid issues that affect your hair and nails. In a few months, you will notice positive changes.

My husband and I have been taking Biotin for over 2 years. I first noticed the improvement in his eyelashes. He had NEVER had full eyelashes and all of a sudden they were full. I, on the other hand, had had very long full eyelashes but they had dimished with age and mine were not noticibly improving, but now they are somewhat fuller, but not like his. In addition, his hair was and is fuller after it had been thinning for years. My hair has now begun to regrow and it is the original color instead of the grey that has been intersperced for many years. Obviously, I recommend it highly and I am almost 78 and my husband is 85 so if you are younger, probably quicker results may be possible.

We try to use Solgar supplement products almost exclusively, firstly because they are in glass bottles, and secondly because the quality is always high and the products are as effective as expected.

I have found that solgar is a great brand for the money and these are small little pills. I take one am and one pm. My nails have gotten so strong! I never thought I could get my flimsy nails strong, but this did it.
