It was virtually impossible to change the volume or mode because of where the (volume/mode) button is place on the hearing aid without taking it out of my ear, then the adjustment was worthless. The hearing aid for my right ear actually got stuck in my ear to where I had to have someone pull it out for me because the pull strings are too short. And yes I tried different ear domes thinking a smaller one would make it easier getting the hearing aid out of my ear. All that done was create feedback/whistling. The hearing aids that I will going back to using are AST. They have longer pull strings and the volume/mode button is at the top (opposite to the pull string) and I have no adjustment issues. The only reason I wanted different hearing aids is because the new ones where rechargeable and had more channels (advanced).

Only had them for a couple days but after i am very impressed. After a few minutes of trying different tips/volume/settings, I'm getting very little feed back. This aid Better than the Audien Atom pro which i thought was one of the best OTC options. These are super small and nearly invisible.... much more so than the Audien. We will see how long they will last. For the price, you can go wrong!

I really wanted to like these because they rested inside of your ears almost invisibly. However, after trying them for a solid week, they whistled more often than a train and tea kettle combined! No matter what I tried they continued to whistle and screech, and they worsened with each increase in volume. While they worked best at the lowest setting, they still whistled. Maybe I got a bad set but they shouldn't have been making this much noise.

I ordered this hearing aid on the recommendation of a friend because I am older and need hearing AIDS and it works very well and gives me the level of hearing I need now. I am very pleased with the overall quality and fit. I give it a thumbs up and highly recommend it!

This products sucks !!!!!! Not only does the feedback happen all the time no matter what dome you put on, the volume button is in the most uncomfortable spot, i do warehouse work and literally everyday i was having issues with these

I've been using hearing aids for 25 years. These have bobtails to pull them out. They are easy to use. Comes with extra ear pieces, charging case, and a charging cable (USB adapter not included).These can have all the bells and whistles but what good are they when they are missing sound quality. After long and careful thought I have to give it two stars.
